Advanced Class
Youn Wha training for brown belts through Master, focusing on advanced technique, self defense and advanced forms.
Weapons
Weapons training is available for yellow belts and above for both children and adults. Weapons include nunchakus, bo staff, cane and stick.
Self Defense Course
This course teaches women practical techniques for defending and escaping an attack and is for all females 13 and older. Call or email us to request more info on scheduling a self defense course for your group or business
Cardio Kickboxing
This is an exciting, high-energy class that takes self-defense techniques and combines them with motivating music to produce a great aerobic workout. The Cardio Kickboxing Class is an awesome way to tone, lose weight, and build confidence by learning proper kicks and punches.
Tournaments
AMMA Tournaments are held multiple times a year and our school and students also attend PKC Tournaments throughout the year.
Demo Teams
AMMA is proud to present an advanced, high-flying group of Black Belts. AMMA Demo Team is comprised of the most athletic, superior karate performers, demonstrating the epitome of martial arts creativity and group solidarity. Birthday Parties
Karate Birthday Parties are a great way for children to have their friends and family participate in a structured karate class, while showing off their dojo, their fun instructors, and of course their martial arts talent and knowledge. Parties are usually held on weekends, and are scheduled on a "first come, first serve basis." Karate Birthday Parties are unique and easy, and AMMA can guarantee this is one party you and your guests won't soon forget.
