Teens & Adults
The Teens & Adults Program uses Youn Wha Tae Kwon Do to develop minds and bodies and focuses on:
- Fitness Skills
- Weight Loss
- Long Term Goal Setting
- Youn Wha TKD Advanced Techniques
Class Length: 60 Minutes
Promotions: Every 2-4 months
Benefits: Leadership, Respect and Self-Control
Assistant Instructor Program: Green Belts and Up are encouraged to take leadership training to become class assistants, and later, Instructors.
Instructor Program: Red Belts and Up.
